New Client Instructions:

1. Have 2 keys (one spare to be maintained in the office in the event of an emergency) ready at the time of initial interview. We will provide a key chain and a code.

2. Emergency contact information for yourself and 2 other contacts.

3. Veterinary contact & medical information.

4. Trip information including hotel and landline telephone number.

Return Early Policy:

Once you have booked our time we reserve our staff exclusively for you and cannot recover that time with a new booking. We offer no refunds or credits for early returns.

Notification of Return: Sitter asks that client call/text upon his/hers return. Sitter may, at his/her discretion, continue to visit client’s home at the per visit rate until confirmation is made that pet(s) are back in client’s care.
